All IPGen Content is and shall remain the exclusive property of IPGen and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized in writing, no right, title, or interest in or to IPGen Content is transferred to any user.

4. Ownership of User Content and Outputs

As between IPGen and the user:

(a) Users retain ownership of their User Content, subject to the licenses granted to IPGen under the Terms of Use;
(b) Outputs generated through the Services are owned by the user to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to IPGen’s underlying rights in the platform, models, and software used to generate such Outputs;
(c) No ownership of IPGen’s models, weights, embeddings, or underlying systems is transferred by virtue of generation of Outputs.

5. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by IPGen and its licensors.

No implied licenses are granted under this Policy, whether by estoppel, exhaustion, or otherwise.

6. Limited License to Use the Services

Subject to compliance with the Terms of Use and this Policy, IPGen grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the IPGen Content solely for their internal business or personal purposes in connection with the Services.

No license is granted for any commercial exploitation, redistribution, public display, or derivative use of IPGen Content except as expressly authorized in writing by IPGen.

7. Restrictions on Use

Users shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

(a) Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of IPGen Content;
(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, models, weights, embeddings, or underlying structures;
(c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
(d) Use IPGen Content for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or development of competing products or services;
(e) Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract IPGen Content except as expressly permitted by IPGen.

8. Derivative Works and AI-Generated Content

Users may create derivative works of their own User Content and Outputs, subject to:

(a) Continued compliance with this Policy and the Terms of Use;
(b) No inclusion or extraction of IPGen proprietary elements, models, or training data;
(c) No misrepresentation of IPGen’s role or ownership.

IPGen retains all rights in and to the underlying technology, models, and systems used to generate Outputs.

9. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by users regarding the Services may be used by IPGen without restriction, compensation, or attribution, and are deemed non-confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

IPGen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), IPGen has implemented a notice-and-takedown procedure for alleged copyright infringement.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit rights under the doctrine of fair use or similar exceptions and limitations under applicable copyright law. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of copyrighted material through the Services complies with fair use and other legal requirements.

15. Open Source Software

Certain components of the Services may incorporate or be distributed with open source software subject to applicable open source licenses. Such software is governed by the terms of the applicable open source license, not this Policy, and users agree to comply with all such license terms.

Copyright notices and license texts for open source components may be made available upon request or through the Services.

16. Third-Party Content

The Services may include content, data, or materials owned or licensed by third parties (“Third-Party Content”). All Third-Party Content is the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not use Third-Party Content except as expressly permitted by the applicable license or by law.

17. Attribution and Notices

Users shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included on or in connection with the Services, IPGen Content, or Third-Party Content.

Where attribution is required by law or license, users shall provide such attribution in the manner specified.

18. Enforcement of Copyright Rights

IPGen reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

(a) Monitor the Services for potential copyright infringement;
(b) Investigate alleged violations of this Policy or applicable copyright law;
(c) Remove or disable access to content that is alleged or determined to be infringing;
(d) Suspend or terminate accounts of users who engage in infringing activities;
(e) Take appropriate legal action to enforce its intellectual property rights and the rights of its licensors.

19. Remedies

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of IPGen Content or other copyrighted material in violation of this Policy may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

IPGen may seek all available remedies, including injunctive relief, statutory damages, actual damages, profits, and attorneys’ fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPGen and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a) The user’s breach of this Policy or applicable copyright law;
(b) The user’s infringement or misappropriation of any third party’s intellectual property rights;
(c) Any content submitted, generated, or used by the user through the Services that infringes or violates the rights of any third party.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any copyright dispute, claim, or enforcement action, even if IPGen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Policy shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

22. Changes to This Copyright Policy

IPGen may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

(a) Applicable law and regulatory guidance;
(b) The Services, including new features, AI capabilities, or content types;
